This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.06.2015.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) on instructions would submit that no petition is received by the second respondent police. 3.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 23.07.2015, along with a copy of the complaint, dated 18.06.2015. The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter and also directed to register F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
