Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17909 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17909 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017 to report before the respondent police daily, is fully relaxed.
