(b) directing the respondents to pay adequate compensation to the petitioner's son Mr.Arun for the damages and for the human rights violations meted out on him by the fifth respondent police. (c) and pass any other order and direction as this Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. The petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to register a case against the fifth respondent and take appropriate action in accordance with law and to direct the respondents to pay adequate compensation to the petitioner's son Mr.Arun for the damages and for the human rights violations meted out on him by the fifth respondent police.
2. Mr.A.Balaiah, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Alwarkuruchi Police Station is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police against the SubInspector of Police- Sivakaran and the complaint has been closed as early as on 12.01.2015. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
