2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.3 of 2018.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD).No.10864 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13059 of 2017, dated 29.11.2017 to report before the concerned Court twice in a week, is fully relaxed.
