Further submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed. 4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10762 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12813 of 2017, dated 27.11.2017 to report before the respondent police twice in a week , is fully relaxed.
