This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the satisfaction Court as "The Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai" instead of "The Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru" in the order, dated 18.12.2023 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17675 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1397 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Subsequently, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
