This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 13.10.2023 made in I.A.No.206 of 2023 in O.S.No. 1/4

330 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that no speaking order was passed by the trial Court even the objection was filed by the petitioner herein in the form of written statement.

3. Reading of the order does not indicate that the objections of the petitioner was considered. The matter is remanded back to the trial Court, by setting aside the order for fresh consideration after taking into account the objections of the petitioner.
