This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.42 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records available.

3.
