To set aside the dismissal order passed on 11.12.2017 and restore the main Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 1819 of 2011 and decide the same on merits Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 1819/2011 :

To call for the record of C.C.No. 05 of 2010 pending before the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi and quash the same being devoid of merits.

To set aside the dismissal order passed on 11.12.2017 and restore the main Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8669 of 2011 and decide the same on merits Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 8669/ 2011 :

To call for record of C.C. No. 7/2011 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur and quash the same. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.KARTHIK, Advocate for M/S.PROFEXS ASSOCIATES, for the petitioners in all the petitions and of the Respondent not appeared either in person or by an Advocate in all the petitions, and the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 11.12.2017 and restore the main Crl.OP(MD)Nos.2608, 1819 and 8669 of 2011.

2.This Court by an order dated 16.02.2018, allowed these petitions on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to Al.Ameen Etheem Khana, Al-Ameen Nagar, K.Pudur, Madurai on or before 23.02.2018.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners complied the conditional order passed by this Court and he has produced a copy of the receipts Nos.11, 12 and 13, dated 27.02.2018, in this regard.

4.In view of the complying the conditional order passed by this Court, the Registry is direct to restore these petitions to file.
