CRL OP(MD). No.863 of 2020 respondent police for the offence punishable under section 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.41 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. This is a case of job racketing. A sum of Rs.20 Lakhs is involved. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) states that one more complaint has been received against the petitioner. Since this is a case of job racketing and there is no proposal to clear the liability by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner.
