PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to take legal action against the respondents 2 and 3 for their said illegal activity and further direct to depute some honest officer for conducting fair enquiry and to close said illegal Top up loan dated 29.03.2021 with regard to the petitioner's Loan Account number SEKKTRY0323133 and allow the petitioner to continue the EMI remittance as per his original loan dated 28.11.2019, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2021 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 1/3
