O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Munsif Court, Thanjavur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.80 of 2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 1 and 3/plaintiffs are squatting on the subject property without paying any rent from January 2022 and the respondents 1 to 3 are deliberately dragging on the matter. Therefore, he seeks a direction for early disposal.

4. Since the suit is filed in the year 2022, if the petitioner wants the matter to be disposed of at the earliest point of time, he can approach the trial court seeking early disposal. 2/4

5. As and when the petitioner approaches the trial court, the trial court may consider the petitioner's request by considering the facts and circumstances of the case and urgency of the matter.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
