ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by the wife of an employee of the respondent corporation seeking a mandamus for disbursing family pension along with arrears for the services rendered by her husband.

2. The respondent authorities have passed an order on 03.12.2024 rejecting the request of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner is already receiving family pension for the death of her son. In such circumstances, the question of issuing a mandamus would not arise. The writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 03.12.2024 passed by the respondent herein. No costs.
