Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents to settle the petitioner ERPS (Employees Retireemnt Pension Scheme) amount for the 20 years from 01-09-1992 to till the date of retirement on 30-06-2012 and surrender leave salary in respect of the consecutive years 2009-2010, 2010-2011, and 2011-2012, together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum payable as per court direction in the one instalment to the petitioner according to the last drawn salary in the month of June 2012( ie., retirement due date on 30-06-2012) to the petitioner within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court from the date for of retirement to till the date of actual payment.
