This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 15.06.2015 and take necessary action against the proposed accused within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner already proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C, has been initiated.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
