ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the petitioner's Ashok Leyland Dost Ls B.S.III Vehicle bearing Registration No. TN-74AJ-2820 seized on 16.03.2024, which is in the custody of the respondents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that already final order has been passed by the first respondent in the case of 2/4

the petitioner and fine amount to a tune of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand only) has been imposed on him by order dated 20.06.2023.

5. Giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
