This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.7 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that already a case has been disposed of, by order dated 21.08.2015 and the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous and noting survives for adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
