RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 17091 of 2017 dated 12.12.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17091 of 2017, dated 12.12.2017, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to acute financial crisis, the petitioners could not able to arrange the sureties within the stipulated period. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to execute the sureties on or before 12.02.2018 before the concerned Magistrate Court.
