RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3137/2019 dated 28/02/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.VADIVEL, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3137 of 2019 on 28.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3137 of 2019 on 28.02.2019 regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

of 2019 on 28.02.2019, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
