3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 11.12.2017 to till date and investigation is still pending. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15178 of 2017, dated 06.12.2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
