ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who was remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 14.06.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 379 and 414 IPC in Crime No.316 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. According to the prosecution, A1 to A4 stolen away the lorry of the defacto complainant and had replaced the fake number plate and with the help of A5 and A7, they had sold away the stolen lorry to A6.
3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner was implicated in this case on the basis of confession of A1 and he has been incarceration from 14.06.2015 and A7 in this case was already enlarged on bail by this Court in CrlO.P.No.11996 of 2015 on 13.06.2015.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required.
