RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition dated 19.01.2018 made in Crl.OP(MD)No. 855/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the inspector of police, Elayankudi Police station, daily at 6.00a.m., instead of 10.00a.m., until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition dated 19.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.
855 of 2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a college going student and aged about 19 years, the distance between the Elayankudi Police Station, Sivagangai District and the Melur Police Station is more than 75 Kilometers, so that she could not able to comply the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.14 of 2018, dated 12.01.2018 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai and in Crl.O.P(MD).No.855 of 2018, dated 19.01.2018 by this Hon'ble Court. Hence, he prays to modify the condition.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.855 of 2018, dated 19.01.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Elayankudi Police Station, Sivagangai District daily evening at 7.00 p.m until further orders.
