PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17310 of 2017, dated 15.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 21.12.2017 to till date, further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17310 of 2017, dated 15.12.2017 is modified to the extent that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
