Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.KEVINKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent 1, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.24 of 2018, dated 04.01.2018, for executing the sureties.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not able to arrange the Melur Taluk Local sureties because the petitioner is hailing from Melur Taluk but the case has been registered in Madurai Taluk. Due to the said reason, the petitioner could not execute the sureties within the stipulated period. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to execute the sureties on or before 12.02.2018 before the concerned Magistrate Court.
