ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.21 of 2015 on the file of the respondent was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 366-A IPC and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the defacto complainant is studying 11th standard at Government Girls High School at Palani and she fell in love with the accused and on 13.06.2015 she was kidnapped by the accused.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused and the daughter of the defacto complainant has fallen in love with each other and on 13.06.2015, on her own volition she joined with the petitioner. The defacto complainant, who did not like the love affair, made a false complaint and on the same day, the victim was secured. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this is the case of love affair and the victim is now in the custody of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
