Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10866 of 2017, in Crl OP(MD)No.11692 of 2017, dated 29.11.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 15.12.2017 to till date, further submitted as of now after completing investigation charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned
