The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent development, this writ petition had become infructuous for the reason that pending this writ petition, the Revenue Divisional Officer has passed an order, which was reversed by the District Revenue Officer. Aggrieved over the same, the 3rd respondent had filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.6266 of 2018.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
