IV, Madurai Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.THARMARAJ SANTHOSAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent 1, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18024 of 2017, dated 28.12.2017, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners could not able to arrange the Sivagangai District Local sureties because the petitioners are hailing from Sivagangai District but the case has been registered in Madurai District. Due to the said reason, the petitioners could not execute the sureties within the stipulated period. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
