KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11727 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16463 of 2017, dated 03.01.2018, for executing the sureties. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.16463 of 2017, dated 03.01.2018, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- in Mines and Minerals Department, but the petitioner's sister wrongly paid the amount in the Treasury. After that, the petitioner produced the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court on 23.01.

2018, but the Court refused to receive the papers, since the petitioner paid the amount in wrong account. Due to the above said reason, the petitioner could not able to produce the sureties within the stipulated period. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to execute the sureties on or before 13.02.2018 before the concerned Magistrate Court.
