(MD).No.69 of 2019 dated 20.02.2019 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1483 of 2019 in Crl.RC (MD)No.69 of 2019, dated 20.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.RC (MD)No.69 of 2019, dated 20.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relax the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.RC (MD)No.69 of 2019, dated 20.02.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur, first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
