2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is still pending and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 19.11.2017 to till date.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 19.11.2017 to till date and that the investigation is still pending, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD). https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.9354 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11428 of 2017, dated 13.10.2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, monthly once, i.e., the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
