ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents-3 & 4 to ensure that the order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/1/2020 dated 07-01-2020 is implemented with an immediate effect.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that a Peace Committee Meeting was held on 20.01.2020 in the presence of Revenue Divisional Officer-cum-Executive Magistrate, Sattur. The petitioner and the counter parties have also appeared before him. All of them agreed that they will not indulge any law and order problem and the matter has been posted for 06.02.2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No. 1169 of 2020 and the Revenue Divisional officer has also directed the police to maintain law and order in the village and it will be duly followed. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the statement, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
