per G.O.(Ms).No.44, dated 11.03.2015 by providing reservation in respect of Schedule Tribe and giving wide publication in the newspapers at Dindigul District.

ORDER
This matter earlier came up for consideration on 22.02.2024. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the same was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal', while directing the learned Government Advocate to obtain a status report.
2. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader that pursuant to the impugned notification, the entire selection process is already concluded and the vacancies notified were also filled up by appointing the candidates on 21.12.2023 as Office Assistant and the respective selected
candidates also stated to have joined duty in the respective post. The said selected candidates are not made parties to the present writ petition. In the absence of the said candidates being impleaded as party respondents to the writ petition, the impugned notification cannot be interfered with.
3. In the light of the above and for want of representation for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
