ORDER: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the petitioner either not appeared in person or through a counsel and this court made the following order: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore C.R.P(MD) No.975 of 2012, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 20.12.2019.

When the matter came up for hearing on 08.10.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
