RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.MP(MD)No. 8677/2017 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 11019/2017 dated 02.11.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.8677 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11019 of 2017, dated 02.11.2017.

2. This Court, by order dated 02.11.2017, made in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.8677 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 11019 of 2017, granted extension of time to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. However, the petitioner did not comply with the conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time for execution of sureties is extended till 07.02.2018. sd/- 30/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
