O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second and third respondents herein, not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the Civil Dispute, in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2015 to the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor submitted that the petitioner has occupied the land of the intervenor. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is a civil dispute which has already been concluded.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and the contentions made by the counsels, this court, without going in to the merits of the case, directs the official respondent/second respondent to conclude the enquiry within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall not be harassed under the guise of enquiry.
