RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to extend the time granted in Cr.M.P(MD).No.2419/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21707/2018 dated 18/03/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.ASHOKKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioners were unable to execute the sureties within the

stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.21707 of 2018 dated 18.03.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21707 of 2018 dated 18.03.2019 is extended finally for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall stand vacated automatically.
