ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Today (08.07.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner died and therefore, no further adjudication is required. However, since the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is relating to illegal quarrying operations, the authorities competent are bound to conduct inspection on the allegation raised by the petitioner and if any illegal quarrying operations are identified, all appropriate actions are to be initiated to prosecute the offenders. 2.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
