O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report indicating the further action dropped on the petitioner's complaint registered as Crime No.145 of 2021 pending on his file in the light of his statement being given in the form of a representation dated 21.12.2022 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of the compromise reached between the parties, even though he made a complaint, based upon which, the above said case in Crime No.145 of 2021 was registered and he sent a representation dated 21.12.2022 for not pressing the above said complaint and requesting the second respondent herein to drop further proceedings, but that was not properly considered by the second respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on 23.01.2023 itself, Final Report was made ready and presented before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and now it has been assigned 2/4

numbered as C.C.No.640 of 2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to take a proper legal proceeding before the concerned Court through the Public Prosecutor.

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
