Seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner for performing his duties as Pastor in T.E.L.C. Zion Church, situated at D.No.119, Tanjore Road, Clock Tower Post, Trichy, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register F.I.R,if cognizable offence is made out in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
