RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP (MD)No.22909/2018 dated 27.12.2018 in connection with Cr.No.1065/2018 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22909 of 2018 on 27.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22909 of 2019 on 27.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
