2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that Sections 115(2), 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS, have not been incorporated in the order dated 29.01.2026. Accordingly, paragraph No.1 shall be replaced as follows:- ''The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 108, 115(2), 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.365 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. ;

3.All other conditions imposed on the petitioners shall remain intact except for the above said correction.
