ORDER : THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.60 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.12.2014 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C)of NDPS Act, 1985, and hence, seeks bail. 2.This Court has considered the case of the petitioner and dismissed the earlier application on 16.06.2015.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in judicial custody for more than 7 months and his father is a freedom fighter aged about 100 years of old and the petitioner has to give his assistance at this stage.

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate[Crl side] submitted that the petitioner was convicted in two cases and he was found in possession of 91.15 kgs of ganja and hence, he prays for dismissal of this application.

5.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate[Crl side], this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
