Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. K. KUMARESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR,Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2451 of 2019 on 18.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2451 of 2019 on 18.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2451 of 2019 on 18.02.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

daily at 10.30 am., until the case is committed to the Court of Sessions and thereafter before the Sessions Court for every hearing dates without fail.
