2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANA KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20294 of 2022, dated 16.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20294 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner no.2 shall report before https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.879 of 2023 the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on first and third Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner no.1 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
