RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP(MD)No. 17619 of 2017 dated 03.01.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GOKUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17619 of 2017, dated 03.01.2018 in producing the sureties.
2. This Court, by order dated 03.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 17619 of 2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, on or before 17.01.2018. However, the petitioner did not comply with the conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.
