Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. G. THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR,Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3920 of 2019 on 14.03.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3920 of 2019 on 14.03.2019 regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

of 2019 on 14.03.2019, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
