Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16066 of 2017, dated 23.11.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 04.12.2017 to 28.01.2018. He further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is of the opinion that this petition has been filed too early to relax the condition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
