****** The unsuccessful petitioners in C.R.P.(MD)No.410 of 2007 are the petitioners in this Review Application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 5.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners reiterated the submissions made before this Court in C.R.P.(MD)No.410 of 2007. The grounds raised in the present Review Application were all considered by the learned Judge earlier and a finding was given. The petitioners, under the guise of review, wanted to re-hear the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

very Civil Revision Petition. The review jurisdiction is not intended for such a re-hearing of the entire matter. I am, therefore, of the view that there is absolutely no merit in the present Review Application.

4. In the result, the Review Application is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
