RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 14.03.2019 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.3847/2019 on the file of this Honourable High Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SIVA RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR,Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3847 of 2019 on 14.03.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.3847 of 2019 on 14.03.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

of 2019 on 14.03.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
